Head of Human Resources and Operations

Taylor joined the Asgard team in August 2024 as Head of Human Resources and Operations. As Head of Human Resources, she is responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting and hiring talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws, benefit and payroll administration and fostering a positive workplace culture. As Head of Operations, she is responsible for maintenance of databases, management of administrative functions and handling of client logistics and communications.

Prior to joining Asgard, Taylor was the Associate Director of Admissions at Five Towns College for seven years where she was responsible for creating and executing recruitment plans for Long Island, coordinating events and representing the College at various events.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Five Towns College. In her free time, she loves to go to the beach, attend concerts and sporting events and try new restaurants.
