Senior Advisor

Josh joined the Asgard team in March 2025. He has thirteen years of compliance experience in the financial industry with deep expertise in designing and maintaining control rooms and information barriers, FINRA registrations, continuing education programs, 3110 office reviews, 3120 testing and drafting and reviewing policies and procedures.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Quinnipiac University. He is a graduate of the FINRA Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional ("CRCP") program and holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses. Prior to joining Asgard, Josh worked at various financial institutions including leading the Control Room in North America for two large Investment Banks.

In his free time, he enjoys sports, reading, spending time with friends and family and traveling the world with his wife.
